I was introduced to Branine Chevrolet Buick on January 4th by Karen Mellenbruch, a good friend and colleague from where I work, who also is a Branine Chevrolet Buick customer. I was informed that a vehicle I was wishing to buy was available through their dealership by Don Branine. Don was very accommodating and informed me that he could work with me on the price of the vehicle. Once I had indicated I was definitely interested, I was given very courteous and accomodating service by Josh Trevitt, the finance manager at Branine Chevrolet Buick. He informed me of all of the many options I had with financing this vehicle. All of the details had been worked out with the financing prior to the date that I came to get the vehicle on January 14th which made the purchase go very smoothly. When I came on January 14th to buy the vehicle, I was greeted as an honored customer by both Joe Perry and Don Shaw and was taken personally to meet Don Branine to finish my automobile purchase. My entire experience of the purchasing process with Don was extremely pleasant and informative. When I had questions, he had full answers for me. When all of the paperwork was filled out, Don took me back to Joe Perry who gave me very detailed instructions of how all of the extra features on my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu work and also answered all of my questions. I have never in my life had a car purchase occur so successfully ! All of the contact with the Branine Chevrolet Buick staff up to and including after the purchase date of January 14th was extremely courteous and helpful. We bought a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country from Branine Chevy-Buick in Feb 2010. We went in on a Saturday and talked to Don Shaw. We seen the vehicle on AutoTrader, and liked it.. I was also impressed that they had listed the CarFax online, and did it for all used vehicles.. My wife and I was really interested after that, and made plans to see it. I called Don, that morning and he said he would wait to see us. We went in with a number in mind, both for our trade, and the van they had. He met it with no hassle, and we bought it.. No hassle, and a good deal. We were well pleased with the whole deal.. The best deal I have ever made with a used car dealer.. They are trustworthy and honest..
